The Learning Lunch – DiSC Personality Profiling: Friday 25th May

If you are looking for a way to better understand yourself and others, you’ve come to the right place! This interactive learning lunch will make help you make the most of your midday break with a spot of networking, a one course working lunch and coffee, and an interactive session led by PBN’s Chair and leading trainer & executive coach, Jane Rennie.
We will provide access to a free online test – a shortened version – to get you started. It will take about 10 minutes.
Then, bring it along to the Learning Lunch and Jane will start to give you a better understanding of why you communicate the way you do and insights into how you can communicate with others more effectively. With your results, you can:
- Immediately improve interpersonal communications
- Connect with co-workers more effectively
- Understand what you need to do to be more successful in your interactions with others.
12pm – 12.30pm – Arrival and Informal Networking, Drinks
12.30pm – Lunch Served
12.45pm – 1.45pm – Interactive Learning Session (you can eat while you learn, no need to get indigestion!). Coffee will be served during this session.
1.45pm – 2pm – Closing Remarks

About the Speaker: Jane Rennie
As a Master Facilitator with extensive experience in the areas of leadership and performance management, Jane firmly stands by the belief that ‘emotions drive people and people drive performance’. With a degree in Accounting & Corporate Finance and Tourism Management and a Post-Graduate degree in Education (Curriculum & Instruction) together with a Certificate in Training Practice from the CIPD and a FCMI, Jane is an experienced instructional designer; a Certified Innermetrix Consultant (CIC); a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and EQ Coach (SixSeconds SEI) and an ICF registered Coach. She is also an accredited Belbin Team Roles Consultant and a certified DiSC Trainer.
