Zoë Cormack has over 15 years’ experience of HR and is the founder of Cormack HR. Believing that strong employee relations are central to a thriving workplace, she established Cormack HR to provide professional and personable Human Resources support and advice to Public, Private, Social Enterprises and Third Sector organisations across Scotland. Her diverse cross-sector experience has honed a rich understanding of HR practice, having worked successfully in organisations ranging from housing associations and large charities to entrepreneurs in fashion retail, veterinary and farming. A member of the CIPD, gaining a distinction pass during her studies, she was awarded the CIPD South-East of Scotland Student Award for her outstanding achievement. Zoë also holds her COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills and has been a volunteer counsellor with Tayside Council on Alcohol.
