| Grainne is a Director with Well Connected Life in Ayrshire, a business centred around the tools of an integrated healthy mind and body.
She is also very much in demand as an extremely entertaining after-dinner speaker but unbelievably used to find the art of communication fearsome. At our meeting, Grainne will tell us about her journey from blending in at networking events as the wallflower to now speaking at events all over Scotland to audiences from 30 to 450.
