| A visit to the purpose built Jamesfield Organic Centre, Abernethy which opened in July 2005. It is run by the Miller family and is unique in Scotland. Jamesfield offers a truly organic experience and includes a Restaurant and Farm Shop, open during our visit, which stocks the widest selection of organic produce in Scotland with much of this being produced on the farm and processed at the centre. We shall be hearing from Ian Miller about his business after supper in the first "on-farm" organic restaurant. |
