Mental Health Awareness – Thursday 11th May

This year, Mental Health Awareness Week, will be looking at mental health from a new angle. Rather than asking why so many people are living with mental health problems, they will will seek to uncover why too few of us are thriving with good mental health. At PBN, we will be supporting #MHAW2017 with our own event, exploring how we are surviving or thriving, and what steps we can take to look after our mental health, building resilience to cope with the demands of life.

WOW! Women of the World Festival

WOW – Women of the World – is happening for the first time in Scotland from 27-29 October at Perth Theatre. In the meantime, there are three ‘Thinkins’ planned where you can voice you opinions about what you would like to see represented, which speakers, relevant topics for women today…and much more!
