Jackie Brierton – Jackie has been involved in promoting and supporting women’s enterprise development
for more than 30 years, and believes passionately that the untapped potential of female entrepreneurship in Scotland can transform its economy. With the right support and ethos, women-owned businesses can change the face of enterprise, and contribute to sustainable
and inclusive growth. Jackie is the co-founder and vice-chair of Women’s Enterprise Scotland, and manager of GrowBiz, a unique community-based enterprise support organisation in rural Perthshire.

Alasdair McGill – Alasdair is Founder of Ashton McGill, a Dundee-based Design & Innovation company, specialising in Customer Experience. After qualifying as an accountant with EY in 1992, Alasdair has spent 24 years starting, growing and running businesses in a variety of industries. He is currently the Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Dundee,
and was recently named as one of Scotland’s top ten digital disruptors He will be discussing:-  How to build fiercely loyal customers. Imagine the power of having customers selling for you. Customers who love everything about your company. Who would never think of going anywhere else. In this workshop, Designer Alasdair McGill will share with you the secrets that can make this happen. You’ll learn how to design services that your customers will love, how to find out what they really want, and what the number one thing is you can do to increase customer loyalty.
Susan Fouquier – An experienced banker with significant knowledge gained
in a variety of cross border roles including Corporate Real Estate Finance, Risk Assurance and Corporate Portfolio Management. Since March 2015 Susan has been the Regional Managing Director of Business Banking Scotland. She has delivered a number of transformational change programmes within the bank and is currently responsible for 120 staff and 35,000 SME’s. Susan is passionate about supporting business expansion, job creation and economic growth in Scotland. She is also a champion for diversity within the workplace.  Susan is the current chair of Business in the Community’s Scottish National Action Plan for Responsible Business Committee and sits on The Royal Bank’s Scotland Board. She is also regularly called upon as a respected judge at various Business Awards across Scotland. Susan read International Business & Modern Languages at Strathclyde University. A busy working mother, her personal time is focused on raising and supporting her active rugby mad sons. She also strongly believes in supporting the next generation
of Entrepreneurs and Future leaders and personally mentors a number of businesses and young people.
